5 Things to Avoid on Top Mattress Before Sleeping

Many factors affect the quality of your sleep, which leads to health. One of them, the habit of bringing something to the top of the mattress before going to bed. Someone not only need enough sleep, but also a comfortable bedroom. Here are five things you should avoid on your bed before sleep.

1. Handphone
Nowadays, mobile phones or cell phone can not seem to stay away from its owner. Often used a cell phone as an alarm and put beside the bed pillow or table near the bed. Before going to bed too many people are using mobile phones to just open social media Path, Instagram, or Facebook.
